Our journey began with a taste of Africa
As a Scotsman with deep ties to Zimbabwe through marriage, my visits to Africa introduced me to the incredible taste of biltong. It quickly became a favourite, but finding authentic, high-quality biltong in Scotland was a challenge. This sparked an idea: to learn the craft myself and bring that authentic flavour home.
